Module 3 deals with review and approval procedures for new development

In Module 3, Clarion will look at how new development is approved and the appeal procedures in place. Right now, our approval procedures are time-consuming and complex, making it harder and more costly to build new housing. And there are way too many ways for citizens to appeal a new development, giving the Not-In-My-Backyard crowd a convenient tool to delay and obstruct affordable housing in their neighborhood.
